Brian Kalb, CFIIBrian has been flying since 1984, and a flight instructor since 1989. He holds a Commercial Certificate with Multi Engine, a Certificated Flight Instructor Instrument rating (CFII), and has accumulated over 2000 hours of flight time. After 15 years in the corporate world, he returned to the family farm, and is now pursuing his true passions of flying, and teaching people to fly. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA degree.

Larry Grin, CFILarry has been flying privately since 1978, holds a commercial certificate, is instrument rated, and has a Certificated Flight Instructor rating (CFI). He has logged over 1200 hours as pilot in command. Many of these hours have been flown in his Piper Arrow, for business and pleasure. He and his wife, Judy, have two daughters and two grandchildren. His educational background consists of having earned an MBA from Ashland University and a B.S. degree from Purdue University. He is also a Vietnam veteran who as a crewmember participated in flying over 200 reconnaissance missions during his tour of duty. He is presently the president of OutSource Partners, Inc, a facilities management company, and has held that position since 1999.
